File Requirements

• Recommended 300 DPI minimum for best results

• Save your design as a .PNG with a transparent background

• For a softer finish, knock out excess background color where possible

• Files are printed exactly as submitted (reversed and ready to press)

• If you do not want your design mirrored, please let us know at checkout

• Avoid using transparencies — they will not print correctly

• No edits or changes can be made once your order is submitted

Turnaround Time

Most orders are printed and ready within 24–36 hours (excluding weekends).

Pressing Instructions

Hot Peel Process

1. Temp: 285-300°F

2. Pre-press garment: 3–5 seconds

3. Align & press transfer: 15 seconds

4. Peel immediately (hot peel)

5. Optional: Press again with a Teflon sheet for a smooth finish

6. Let cool, wear proudly, and show off your Bougie creation!
